School Patrols
Lane's Safety Patrols are specially selected fifth and sixth graders who have demonstrated outstanding behavior and good citizenship throughout their younger years. Students submit applications in the spring of their fourth-grade year. Under the leadership of P.E. teacher Claire Kurtenbach, these student safety guides help monitor and support students at all bus stops and on buses, at Kiss and Ride, and throughout the school building every day during arrival and dismissal.
